[V8] bent valves and a broken timing belt :(

Thanks guys for all the responses. I'm leaning towards replacing the engine.
Their is a guy on JFR that has a whole car for 750.00 that SUPPOSEDELY
includes a newer motor w/ 85k miles. All new TB,WP, rebuilt tranny,lowered
ect. and he's 4 hrs away. I've talked to the guy on the phone twice today.
But it just seems to good to be true. And oh, it doesn't have a title. Or
the title is not complete. I could pull the motor and put it in my son's. Or
keep it, try to get a title and let him drive it and keep his for parts.

Has anyone ever dealt with this guy? He goes by Audicaos on JFR's.

Thanks,Curtis
