[V8] FW: All right: this is odd

I got my car back from the wrench this week.  I drove it last night for the
first time after dark and found that the interior lights...the overhead
lights and the footwell lights are not working when any of the doors open.

The overhead lights work find with their respective switches, but I can't
get any of the interior lights to work with the door switch.

So, it seems to me that this isn't a fuse issue.  But what else is there,
unless it somehow has something to do with the delay process.  

Any ideas?
