As mentioned, there are no marks for you to use on the timing belt. The cam is tapered, and the gear can spin freely on it when the bolt is loosened, so the timing is very precise when set with the locking tools. 

However, there are marks on the cams themselves. You will ahve to remove the valve covers to see them. They are two dots on the back sides of the timing gear chain sprockets. 

However, before you go that far, did you pull codes? If the timing has slipped, more than likely you will also have a cam position sensor code. This is because the resationship between the passenger side cam and crank position sensors are compared in the ECU, and if they aren't correct it will trigger the code.
