[V8] No start, list of codes.

Hey Bryan, according to the manual, to blink codes, touch A/B  
together for appx 3 seconds.  To start the "injector output  
sequence", hold for appx 10 sec.....then "open and release" throttle  
which starts the sequence(4411 injector 1...etc).....thinking you  
might have touched the gas pedal.  Your first 8 are injectors  
1-8..4431 is Idle Stabilization Valve...4343 is Carbon Canister.
