[V8] Diagnosing intermittent cruise control problem, ALSO: question on CV joints.

Thanks for the advice on the cruise intermittent problem.  I'll play with
some connectors and the brake switch this weekend.

Next question.  When doing the speed sensors a while ago, I saw both CV
boots on the inboard/outboard LF axle were torn/separated and oozing
green-ish grease.  What should I do - have someone repack the joints and
replace the boots, replace both joints, or what?  There aren't any obvious
signs of problems like shimmy or shake when driving, nor is the wheel loose
if you jack it and try to forcibly move the tire (or at least that's how I
was taught to check them long ago).
