Oh FFS this is good.

Mike, I was only 1/3rd the way down your post, and I was mentally
comparingly it to my FFL (I have one, too - C&R license; FFL type 3).  Then
when I got down further and saw your FFL comparison I lost it.

I also agree with you 100% - I used to be a stock broker in NYC.  The gov't.
intervening in financial transactions is ridiculous.  Your story made that
totally hilarious, of course. My ex-wife used to work on the trading floor
at Salomon Brothers.  I worked for smaller asian firm trading stocks and
derivatives to mostly hedge funds.  The guys that are all anonymous in
"Liars Poker," I know them and their real names.  In case anyone recalls
that book in details, "The Human Pirahna," He was/is a nice guy, we rode the
ferry together a few times.
