Excellent video!!
You are right, working in such a state-of-the-art facility and in an
environment where accountability and responsibility are expected and
rewareded make alot of difference....they create, as you put it, pride in
one's work and generate an exemplary product.
I remember watching similar videos of the ferrari factory and their metal
works, of the bmw alpina factory, and of the mechanics hand building the AMG
motors for mercedes....and all I could think of is...wow, i'd love to earn a
living doing THAT.
the phaeton is an amazing car.
