[V8] A question of theory

I have to repair the tailgate window washer system on my wife's 100CS. It
should be fairly simple, but as with all things from Germany, it looks as
though it is far more complicated and expensive than it should be. Here is
my issue:

The washer pump is fine.relatively new and pumps like fury..at least I can
hear it.

The pump pumps fluid up to the tailgate.I can see fluid being forced past
the wiper mount on the outside of the tailgate.not a LOT of fluid, but
enough to tell me that fluid is reaching the nozzle of the washer.

I have tried to remove the washer nozzle which is located in the center of
the mounting of the wiper itself. The fluid goes up through the center of
the wiper arm shaft, which apparently is corroded or sealed shut with
mudwasp residue or some such gunk like that.

I have attempted to remove the wiper arm, but it will not come free without
using a gear puller apparently, and I have broken off the end of the nozzle
in frigging around with it. It does NOT appear that the washer spigot
assembly which fits inside the wiper arm mount is removable and
repairable.at least that is what it appears to be from looking at the wiper
motor assembly with the paneling on the tailgate removed.

A used "known good" wiper motor assembly is $80.00, which is ridiculous
since my wiper motor is FINE. I haven't asked Audi what a new wiper motor
would cost because I imaging it is $$500 or some other foolishness.

Sooooo, here is my question of theory: Is it possible to mount an external
washer nozzle some where along the tailgate that will spray fluid up onto
the tailgate window, say an inch or so to the right of the wiper mounting
point? If so, any idea what kind of nozzle I should use?
