Sure, why not?  I'd look at older Hondas, which had the spray nozzles on the
hood. Drill a hole in the hatch (maybe at the top, so you aren't fighting the
wind currents back there), attach the hose to it, and Bob's your uncle.

The rear sprayer on my A4 Avant spray, but hits the wiper arm. The little ball
nozzle is frozen in place.  I need to hit it with some PB Blaster.
