[V8] Worth Investing in Paint Job?

I don't think $3K will get you the perfect paint job for your perfect
V8, unless you have an "in" at a paint shop.  And ask Roger about
finding a close-to-perfect low-mileage V8 -- it might exist, but
finding it will be a huge challenge.

I'd live with the paint you have, and maybe take it to a detailer
to see if they can put some life back into it.
