[V8] 94 v8 instrument cluster

Do you mean the multi-pin black connector block that plugs into the back of
the IC?
When I unplug the black connector, all the secondary gauges go dead. Once
when I plugged it back in, the gas gauge flipped up to the full-side peg
for an instant and then back down.
