  You can forget that -- unless you've got really big bucks, thanks to the
National Biodiesel people. You need about a million to buy into their club, and
unless you do (at least here in the US) the gov't will come after you and shut
you down. It's already happened to a small commercial biodiesel producer in
Mass, check the biofuel archives.
