[Vwdiesel] '91 Jetta TD fuel pump leak

Hi --
I just had one of these (albeit on an '82 rabbit diesel), the leak was
coming from around the shaft of the timing advance lever. The seals kit
was US$10.22.
Afterwards I did indeed set the timing. The tools to set the timing
cost about US$100 if you are lazy and just buy the recommended stuff
online or over the phone, that's what I did. Various folks have been
more creative and resourceful.
Setting the timing is not rocket science, nothing to be intimidated by
(although a bit of fear is always healthy ;).
