Wow... let me make sure I understand this. You do the reaming with the
blue towels in place. Wipe up the gritty stuff as best you can. Then
pour tons of soap and water through the cylinders, down onto the
crankshaft and the crank mains? That's amazing! I would have never
even considered it, just assumed that the remaining grit and soapy
water would conspire to utterly destroy the main bearings. Apparently
not, huh?
Sounds simple though, gotta love that.
