[Vwdiesel] Replace the Cam Seal?

Sounds like someone used the locking plate to hold the cam to either break
the retaining bolt loose, or torque the end bolt back up. OOPS. You will
probably be able to reuse the seal, but the outer may leak, use some
Permatex H3 or aviation gasket goop to reinstall the seal.  Worth a try...
