[Vwdiesel] Replace the Cam Seal?

Well I decided it'll get a new timing belt too, so
I'll do the seal too. I actually "sorta" use the cam
lock plate to HELP hold the cam when tightening and
loosening the cam sprocket bolt, but I also wedge a
big fat screwdriver through the sprocket holes and
give the wrench a sharp blow to break the bolt loose
and use a torque wrence to tighten. I mainly keep the
plate in there to keep the cam from moving to keep the
timing dead on.
