Loren is right-on with suggesting access to the antennae grommet via the
wheel well.  If you really want to get in there a cure the problem (if
it is the leak master),  jack the truck up and take the wheel off.  It
is easily accessible then. Clean and silicon the grommet area then a can
or two of rubberized undercoating will seal the entire fender well
including the antenna wire as it leaves the fender to the grommet.  Have
you thought about wrapping your fuse box with Glad Wrap until you get
the leak fixed?  You know what they say on the commercials... "Don't get
mad...."
