Adjustable by hex or flat screwdriver.     Right hand thread.    Locknut needs 13 mm  wrench.  On screw is a fat "O" ring   sealing housing.    Maximum turns  about 4. (full range)
So start by screwing all the way in. Then 2.5 turns out, and lock.Adjust for smoke to start with. Under load engine should smoke (black) smoke .

The screw only pushes inside pump ---no pulling or twisting so do not worry ---take it out to have a good look at it.

Mike Smith asked : "How many adjustment screws are there on the pumps" ??? answer quite a few. The governor screw has LEFT hand thread for example. (Them Germans are tricky)
Note that the fuel screw has a staked or welded  stopcollar on thread  --do not remove that one.
I counted the turns on a   068 130 107A pump the 1.6L turbo pump is much the same.
