I don't own either, but after getting tired of using a pair of bent-nose needle
nose pliers (ground down to fit in the tensioner holes), I made a tool out of
a 10" long section of 1" SS pipe, flattened at one end, with two holes
drilled in the flat end to accept bolts spaced to match the tensioner holes. I
attached the bolts with nuts, then ground the ends of each to fit the holes.
It works fairly well. I've always tightened them as much as I can manage
with the tools I have, which seems about right I guess - I've never had any
problems yet.--
