[Vwdiesel] timing belt tension

The spanner for the tensioner is only about $20. Get
the real thing! Tighten the belt so you can just move
it a little towards and away from you when
pullin/pushing it on the cam or pump sprocket w/ your
fingeres. (Accross the pully)
