[Vwdiesel] How to Beat the Gas Pump Blues

Dunno how much of an impact this would have... the tank itself is quite a ways underground.  Also, here in Ontari-ari-ari-o, there is a sticker on the pump itself which says something to the effect that the flow rate is compensated/calibrated to the equivalent of X degrees (forget what actual temperature).  Indicates to me that maybe the pump passes a bit more fuel in the summer than it does in the winter to compendsate for the density difference?
