Though I can't give specific lubricating oil numbers, these numbers
none-the-less are interesting.

Gleaned from:
http://www.eia.doe.gov/

For the week ending 4/16...
(1000's bbl/day)

refinery input
------------------------
9202 import crude
5632 domestic production
=======================
14834 total refinery input

refinery output
----------------
8680 finished gasoline
4350 distillate fuel oil
1506 kerosene jet fuel
1789 propane/propylene
 891 residual fuel oil
3177 other oils(I would guess lubricating oils fall in here somewhere)

finished products imported
---------------------------
592 gasoline
362 distillate fuel oil
335 residual fuel oil
227 propane/propylene
812 other oils

They have a statistic that out of every 100 barrels of oil imported, 46
are used to make gasoline.
