[Vwdiesel] frost plugs

hi kids. :o)

so.. i have my block back from the machinists..(its puuurrrtttyyy)
i didnt realize they would pop out my frost plugs,
so..
when putting new ones in. what is the best procedure?
to put them in dry?
or use some kinda gasket stuff? like that black oozy sticky permatex stuff?
just silicone?
and same for block heater?


so now im beginning the build...weeeeeee :o)
and dreaming of painting it this summer..... :o)
(( ghost flames? :oD   i think its kinda funny... ))
