[Vwdiesel] Glow plugs

I replaced the glow plugs last night. I tested how long voltage was being supplied and it was about 45 to 50 seconds. I replaced the glow plug relay with one out of a spare harness I have and it was around 15 seconds. Tonight I will bleed the fuel system and see how it runs.

Thanks for the replies everyone,
Dan

The '81 may use the slow glow plug system, not sure.
That system, the plugs are on much longer than the 7 -
10 seconds I mentioned in the last post.
