[Vwdiesel] Release Plate Grease ?

 I've always used just a dab/smear/film of the graphite gray colored 
high temp moly grerase.  I used Amsoil's synthetic, similar appearing 
grease on my Rabbit's CV joints.  A friend did a "test rub" between a 
thumb and finger of it.  He called a day or two later and said after washing 
several times, he could STILL feel a slick spot on the finger he'd rubbed 
it on.  He was impressed!
