Loren, did you actually re-glue some ribs to the roof? I take it you
would have told me if you remembered what the correct glue is for the
ribs. The Liquid Nails reference was a joke...
Do you recommend attempting to get the glue from the dealer, or trying
some kind of 'glue specialist'? I have never looked for a 'glue
specialist', seems like a cool niche! If I can't find any better
recommendation, I might try PC-7, I used it to fix a 1/2" hole in the
side of the transmission... smeared a bunch of PC-7 on some window
screen and slapped it over the hole. Still there 2 years later!
I seem to be lucky, no puckers in the roof... but the braces are definitely
sagging!
