I did call them (jb, thanks for the info), but forgot to ask... :-( 
I just haven't had much time during business hours to do this sort of thing lately. 

btw, the other shop that was recommended was "Just Heads" in Langford. A bit 
cheaper, but I might just go with JB for the convenience, since they will also do the 
block...
