I assume "wts" is the glow plug light. If so, test the plugs, relay and
temp sender:

I had all the above problems over the years and its always been
something in the GP system. Had a batch of "bad" relays that all turned
out to be a broken contact inside the GP relay socket that led to
intermittent contact with the temp sender and that let to intermittent
GP relay problems like the light staying on too long, flickering on and
off at random, etc.
