James Hansen and ALL  :       There was one thing I forgot to mention when I listened
to Gavrik and the German.  The German explained to Gavrik why the bore was tapered
and he said the boring bar did it.

It was to take the tension off rings so they would last longer --- a grain of sodium
in order ? I should think so.   BUT BUT never under estimate a GERMAN.

I learned first hand how sophisticated a German Blacksmith can be ---WOW.

My dad (the asshole) told me about this First Aid Attendant at the Navy base where we both worked.

That he was way better than a bad Doctor.  ---and I agree.   The title be damned
the smarts and the skill has it every time. ------ Would I let Loren work on my
Rabbit ?  at the blink of an eye.  ---and that goes for a lot of you. Rather than
taking it to a STEALERSHIP.  you bet your ass.   And James Hansen ?  absolutely.

My only really big regrets about Rabbits ? ---I should have got one from day one
just like Val Christian.---- Val how the hell did you get to take a chance like that?.

1977 and brand NEW ?  WOW.    And Loren did your dad get that 5.7 GM brand NEW ?.

Oh by the way Sandy Cameron did you say it was easy to change that  gear 5 ?
I may need to do so.   In this part nobody works on VW trannies. --they say put
another one in. So that is what I do. I have a spare 5 speed --can I take the gears and
.do it without removing trannie ?   Like to keep Bunny Bondo going for a while.
That reminds me Gavrik did not have a name for his Rabbit ---how's about .
"Seattle Belle"? .It is a two door --and NOW I understand that those doors are BIGGER.
So I am not going to get rid of my 1982 Two door.  It will be repainted like Gavriks.
Yeah that is why the BIG guy in Florida likes the two door   Gary Bangs.
Gavrik is 6 feet and a bunch of inches so he too gravitated to the two door. 
Shit I am only 5 foot 8.5 inches ---so the four door will do.
