I feel for you ----that no good piece of garbage  called a Relay Panel  --Fuse block ?
Relay block ?  I have a hard time naming it.    And yes WATER is a killer there.

Spray the hell out of it with anti corrosive contact lube ---  and pray a lot.

But wait  you are in good shape ---I know what you paid for the Rabbit  ---so a few hundred bucks
later you still got a good buy.

Post all the numbers from your relays and I shall try to advice from here. I have a complete harness ,panel and Relays sitting here  ---Some relays can be taken apart and cleaned.
So take your time and do a good job.  Lubricate new relays as you plug them in
I use Vaseline.

The good news is that a lot of circuits can be by-passed  ---easy to do.

PS : There was a recall of panels so you may be lucky to find one of those.Brand new.

See if you can see a date stamped on bottom ?    I would sooner do a Ring Job.
