Long story short, exhaust broke and the only solution was a cat removal.   I notice and interesting by-product.  Not only does the turbo whistle more, but is smokes like a freight train if you get on the go pedal a bit too much when all things aren't quite up to temp.  I think I might have to make a LDA adjustment.  Thoughts ??
