[Vwdiesel] turbo prime not the problem - still no go

Okay James, you were right. Thanks for the encouragement

Some more cranking and I got it going at 1 am. It blew some black smoke
and then clouds of gray.

It sat until 9 this morning, -1 F, and started after about 3-4 seconds
of cranking (really really fast cranking (about 5 cranks per second for
a total of 15-20 cranks or so)) Black smoke then some gray, but it is
quite cold. It's still longer than normal (usually it's 2-4 cranks).
So, I'll look for leaks and keep y'all updated.

I'm assuming glow plugs and compression are fine, since it started below
0 F without a block heater!
