I Hagar do like Roger Browns thread  ---- read carefully it goes to the heart of the statistical
problem ----the collection of samples and how to present them.

OK OK a lot of it came from Loren  --but still right on IMHO.

Is Hagar an optimist ? or a pissimist about emissions in the future ?

My LIFE experience makes me 100% optimistic.

I have seen the efford and the money allocated to this problem ---and I am proud to have been part of it.

Major corporations  spendt billions to clean up immissions ---take my word for it. I was there
and it broke some companies.  -----IT has to be done ---so lets get on with it.   And I
personally will gladly pay more tax to make sure your kids have a clean place to grow up.

Pollution when I was born 1932  was horrendeous.  ----Go to London england and see the soot on the whole town  ---even today.   Remember "Mary Poppins"?  -----London is the most filthy
town I ever saw.----------(1955)  --it is most likely cleaned up by now. (I hope).

Lakes Rivers and Harbours --- having fish return ?   we must be doing something right --AND WE ARE.

In light of what I write ---one would think I am a GREENIE ?  ----not at all.  My Texas schooling
(ARROGANCE)  makes me say insensitive sounding things. I am sensitive to you
and your world.           A swine  and a Scumbag is my most used terms ---to describe someone
who lets greed -- get the best of them.

I did NOT attend the school of diplomacy in Texas. (do they have one ? ). LOL.
"University of Arrogance"   in st.Antonio.   gave me a great counter poice to Danish  pastry
upbringing.  -----Sure am glad I had both.  ----the coin has two sides.
NEVER NEVER loose sight of that ---is my advice  ---- BUT when we add it all up ?
The Rabbit diesel shines -----any way it is measured.  ----BUNNY BONDO    shure shines.
I will stack her up against ANY 20 year old car   ANY day.    Shit I did never want
to be a gospel singer   -----but if  VW  follows up with a 2005 improvement ?
Nothing will stop me from singing.---take THAT.
