I went with a friend once who was into land cruisers.  He decided to buy one 
and tow it home with tow bar using his other land cruiser.  Wow!!! that was 
the most fightening road trip of my life.  They steered each other equally.  I 
would say definitely tow with a vehicle heavier, and bigger than the one being 
towed, especially if using a tow bar.
