I know a guy who does exactly what you describe, and he has been supplying
quality high output alternators for years. His name is Avi Meron. He calls
his product the Ultranator. I have found him to be an honorable man who
does what he says he will do.

He will build your 90 amp Bosch to pump 130 amps (#195), or your 110 amp
Bosch to 150 amps ($205).

His shipping/handling charge is $15 and you send him your used working core
or $75.

One year warranty.

Check out his web site at http://home.pacbell.net/avim/index.html and tell
him Doyt Echelberger recommended him. I have been corresponding with him on
the Audi Quattro list for about 5 years.
