  Probably was "norma" for that car.  It has a lot to do with the exhaust, 
a little to do with the intake and a little to do with how "clean" the edges 
are on the compressor wheel it seems.
  Some you hear, some you don't and some you can hear only if 
you listen to the tailpipe.  Put a "cut-out" exhaust close to the 
engine, you'll hear it!  ;-)
