[Vwdiesel] Door panel removal

I have a rear door, on a 91 Jetta, which needs work.  Anyone have 
suggestions, on either getting the door open, or pulling the interior 
panel, so that I can get the door open.  After examining things,
the interior is in rather good condition, so I'd rather not hurt it.

The door is the right rear.

Oh, the handle is rather "free", so the failure to "catch" is probably
the primary problem.
