Be Gentle!  Remove the arm rest. Remove the window crank. Remove the trim 
from the door latch. I don't know if the 91 has the little plastic inset 
where your fingers are placed when you pull the "unworking" lever. Bhind 
that is a screw.  Now the only thing holding the panel in place are the 
clips around the outside edges.  I would start at the top and work down only 
as much as you need to be able to reach in and manually grasp the control 
rod to unlock the door.  Remember to reseal the water vapor barrier. If you 
have to slit it, use the strong clear strapping tape to bring the pieces 
back together.
