Sounds like your clutch is not fully disengaging.  The shifts well at speed 
but not at low speed indicates that.  If it'll come out of reverse with the 
engine off and maybe a little rocking then that still clues toward the 
clutch.  If it's plain stuck and won't come out then check linkage adjustment 

and lube slidey parts with silicone or such and check engine and tranny 
mounts for bad ones messing up the shifter alignment.
