Well, I got the plastic cover off. From what I can see, everything is 
still hooked together, suggesting that the nut is loose but hasn't come 
off. Anyone know what size the nut is? I've tried to get a wrench on it 
and turn it, but as you probably know, it faces downward, so I'm 
working blind. I'm not getting a clear sense of whether the wrench is 
engaging the nut. Knowing that I was using the right size wrench would 
be a start. Thanks.
