I get better than that (23) with a 6.5 with a banks turbo in a 3/4 ton 
HD extended cab 4X4, and a 6.5 is way thirstier than a 6.2.
A 6.2 should get you very near 30 or slightly better in a standard 
gearbox truck.  In a lighter car, with gears, it should be pretty 
impressive. Heavy, but impressive.  The Hudson would not carry that 
without some front spring changes.
