[Vwdiesel] OT, problem with a different diesel engine

No, the trans basically determines the top speed
before the governor has a chance.  The engine usually
winds out at about 62-63 (unless there is a hill...)
while the governor is at about 66-67.

Also, if I let it slow down to say, 45 and accelerate
back up to 60, it will make that noise the whole way
up.
