[Vwdiesel] Soot problem

On my Rabbit I've considered something along the order of the "old" 
keep-the-rear-window-clean air diverters they used to use on station 
wagon sides, only make something more aerodynamic looking than 
a curved scoop and put it on the top.  Should help with aerodynamics 
too, at least on a Rabbit.  As Jake so bluntly put it "They have the 
aerodynamics of a brick!"  ;-D
