[Vwdiesel] IP Pumps, runaway revs and blow by...

You have exactly described my Jetta. In my case, it's the valve stems and 
seals. Bad blow by-look for oil in your air filter. Does it smoke bad after 
a long decel-going downhill for example? By the way, your description of 
excessive oil is spot on.
