I agree with you 100% the extended drain interval is what hooked me, I
too change the golfs oil about every 5k, but for me that doesn't take
long driving 104 miles round trip to work every day. So every month and
a half the oil gets changed. Mines low mileage at only 245k on it so
far, can't wait to break 300k on it ! {17.6 months away !}
