The Cabby dash will install into your Caddy but you will have to fabricate some small metal pieces for the side mounts. Also the climate controls between the Caddy dash and the Cabby dash are slightly different. They mount in different ways. The Cabby fan speed selector is a rotary type switch where as the Caddy was a vertical switch. I do believe the plastic ducting/plentums should connect directly to your existing Caddy heater box.
The oem Caddy speedo cluster mounts differently than the Cabby speedo cluster and I think they use a different speedo cable as well.

It's not a difficult swap, and I've seen alot done this way. I would get as much of the Cabby dash as you can to be on the safe side.
