Hi William,

Like I said, it did just about everything that they claimed EXCEPT for fuel
economy improvement but all of the vehicles had "normal" fuel economy before
I used the additive.

By the way, Startron seems to work better than Biobar on algae/fungus. I
have used Biobar in the past and while it kills the algae/fungus, the
remains plug up the filter. Startron seems to kill the algae/fungus and
break it up into small enough particles that it goes thru even a 2 micron
filter and gets burned by the engine. It cleaned out the fuel tank in an
old Mercedes 240D that could barely get above idle without me having to
replace either the tank screen or the two fuel filters.

Most of the boaters here on Long Island prefer Startron over Biobar.

Additives can't really improve fuel economy but they might restore lost fuel
economy by cleaning if the cause of the loss of fuel economy was crud.

I have only seen one additive that met it's claim for improving gasoline
fuel economy. It stated that it would improve by 5 %. Unfortunately, you
had to add 10% of the product to do it.
