[Vwdiesel] old Diesel wreck/insurance issues

Terry is absolutely correct.

If this guy wanted to keep his insurance and police out of it, he is
hiding some dark past.

You may be able to claim ignorance after the fact and involve police
now... just say you didn't realize it would be so costly to fix at the
time of accident.
