[Vwdiesel] More Dasher?

That's the theory, anyhow. Especially ona transverse mount, where the belts
are very near anything splashing from the right front (left on Honda's)
tire.

Having said that, I don't run covers on my own cars, haven't for years. I
recently went through one heck of a mud hole, covered the entire engine
compartment and underside of the car. No problems at all. But, it's a chance
I take. It does only take one stone in the right place, and can we say
bendy-bendy...............

Interestingly, I recently did a TB on a Maxima, and when the ball bearings
fell out of the tensioner, one went right through the TB. Nice split in it,
you could see. Didn't break, though. It was a very small ball bearing.
