[Vwdiesel] Funny stuff at 2500 RPM

  Check all 4 of your pump mounting bolts and maybe the ones 
that hold the pump mounts on as well.  There's 2 or 4 allens 
on the engine front and a couple under the pump.  Sounds 
like your pump's loose.  That's a typical symptom of it anyway.
